WebGL Support Becomes Official In Unity 5.3
With the upcoming Unity 5.3 game engine update, WebGL will become an official build target after being in a preview state since Unity 5.0.
Besides making the WebGL support official, Unity 5.3 for the WebGL target adds soft-shadow support, LZ4 compression is used for data files, there is support for web cameras, WebGL is supported in Unity Cloud Build, and there's improved documentation.
