Rogue Wave Software Acquires PHP's Zend

A month out from the launch of PHP 7, Rogue Wave Software has announced they've acquired Zend Technologies, the main company behind PHP for the enterprise.

Rogue Wave Software has bought out Zend Technologies for their Zend Server, Z-Ray, Zend Studio, and Zend Guard portfolio. Rogue Wave is a software company specializing in software development tools for mission-critical applications.
