Attachmate Completes Its Novell Acquisition

Attachmate Group has announced today that it's completed its acquisition of Novell. There were several interested parties in poaching Novell, but in the end it ended up being procured by Attachmate, as announced last November.

The new Novell will be operating under The Attachmate Group in two business units: Novell and SUSE. The group's existing business units are Attachmate and NetIQ.

The announcement was made today in a press release.
