Fedora Rawhide Tracker w/ Daily Benchmarks
Last week we rolled out Phoromatic Tracker as the public interface to our test farm and with the Phoromatic Tracker launch we made it possible for other projects and companies to build their own performance/regression trackers using our Phoromatic software in conjunction with the Phoronix Test Suite. Our initial reference implementation of Phoromatic Tracker was in the form of our kernel tracker that autonomously benchmarks the latest Linux 2.6 kernel code on a daily basis with about 50 benchmarks.
Today our second public Phoromatic Tracker implementation from the test farm is now exposed and that is our Fedora Rawhide Tracker. Similar to our daily kernel benchmarks, we are now benchmarking all of the latest Fedora Rawhide benchmarks on a daily basis too. This test system that's running these Fedora Rawhide benchmarks daily has only been online for about ten days now, but there is already a fair amount of data being collected and it's showing a few performance regressions currently present for Fedora 13. All of this testing is being done autonomously by the Phoronix Test Suite software and new results are pushed nightly.

Also read the original announcement for more background information, how this software can be used internally within corporations, how the tracker portion can be made open-source, etc. Questions are welcome on our forums or mailing list.
