MythTV 0.28 Released

It's been a while since the last major update to the MythTV HTPC software, but out today is version 0.28.

MythTV 0.28 has the new web front-end that's working to replace MythWeb, there's a major UPnP overhaul, improvements to MythTV's music handling, H.265 HEVC and VP9 codecs are now supported, FFmpeg 3.0 is integrated, there is VBox TV Gateway support, and much more.
