Six months after releasing openSUSE 12.2, the openSUSE 12.3 release is now ready for Linux users worldwide.

The openSUSE 12.3 release completes integration with systemd, offers ARMv7/ARMv8 improvements, updates the default KDE Plasma desktop as well as the GNOME Shell, provide new development tools, runs off the Linux 3.7 kernel, and boasts many other new features.
