LINUX KERNEL
There are both Radeon/AMDGPU and Intel DRM driver fixes queued up for Linux Git this week and will find their way into Linux 4.6-rc5.

On the AMD side, there is a hopeful fix for taking care of display problems on Northern Islands GPUs and newer. This display problem issue happens when re-programming the memory controller when DisplayPort is being used. Details on the latest Radeon/AMDGPU fixes for Linux 4.6 can be found via this mailing list post.

With the Intel DRM driver their DRM fixes pull is notable since it tries to take care of some remaining GPU hangs for Intel Skylake hardware. There's a fix for an RC6-based GPU/system hang and a GPU hang with GT3/GT4 hardware. Details on those changes here.
