Enlightenment EFL 1.14.0 Alpha 1

The Enlightenment crew at Samsung have released their first alpha version of the upcoming EFL 1.14.0 library set.

New features so far for EFL 1.14 include the Elm scroller having an animated and accelerated wheel scroll, cancel support for drag-and-drop on Wayland along with multi-layer drag and drop, a loop feature for the scroller, and a new color class editor. There's also many bug-fixes as part of this update.
