My e6600 never goes above 50 when it's fully loaded yours should be similar. But as a rule of thumb it should be under 60 when 100% load of both cores.

i don't know how confiable is Ksensors but right now it shows my cpu temperature at 40?C....

I'd definitely check the contact between your heatsink and processor. Also, what kind of cooling are you using? If your hard drive is that hot, your case might not be moving enough air to cool everything.

well for the Chasis i'm using a Cooler Master Centurion 5 which have a cooler of 90mm in the front, a 120mm cooler to exhaustion, for the Processor i'm using the intel cooler from my boxed processor... with a bit of thermal paste...

With stock HSF ~ 35-40 C idle, ~45-50 C under heavy load.

Yes, if your going to use thermal paste that has to be removed from the heatsink first.
