My e6600 never goes above 50 when it's fully loaded yours should be similar. But as a rule of thumb it should be under 60 when 100% load of both cores.

I'd definitely check the contact between your heatsink and processor. Also, what kind of cooling are you using? If your hard drive is that hot, your case might not be moving enough air to cool everything.

well for the Chasis i'm using a Cooler Master Centurion 5 which have a cooler of 90mm in the front, a 120mm cooler to exhaustion, for the Processor i'm using the intel cooler from my boxed processor... with a bit of thermal paste...

You may only use thermal paste when you removed the pad before completely.

              With stock HSF ~ 35-40 C idle, ~45-50 C under heavy load.

what do you call the pad? the grey thing that comes pasted on the heatsink?

Yes, if your going to use thermal paste that has to be removed from the heatsink first.

ok then i'll remove it then, i hope that could lower my CPU temperature...

small update before removing the pad from the Heatsink... i've installed the LM_sensors 3.0.1
                      Code:
                      sensors

it might be a stupid question but is temp1 my processor?
