    A lot of the higher end motherboard come with Bluetooth. Though I find it useless on a Desktop PC, for small devices like phones and laptops/netbooks it can be very useful.

      Rockin teh bluetooth on my mini-ITX gigabyte motherboard (has a mini-PCIe wifi/bt board).
      But that isn't a direct wireless device, the dongle handles the connection and presents it as a usb keyboard, and all firmwares bundle usb drivers for keyboards nowadays.
