I really hope Zarafa will build packages for Ubuntu 14.04 when it's out. Same thing for Zentyal with Zentyal 4 (or whatever the next version it's going to be).

I'd be happy to use 14.04 for my desktop and server.

I'll probably use it. I'm not a huge Ubuntu fan, but it's more up-to-date than Debian Stable, which is what I would be using if Ubuntu LTS did not exist.

I've actually been using Mint 13 since it came out, but I switched from Cinnamon to LXDE a few months ago, so there's no real reason to choose Mint 17 over Ubuntu 14.04.

I'll upgrade my 12.04 to 14.04 after it comes out. Only because it's more responsive just after boot as it does less seeks = faster booting I find or so it sounds. Btw my harddrive was horrendously slow until it died. It's a WD scorpio blue "green hard drive" you know, the type that parks the head after 8 seconds. It clocked up 150,000 read head park unpark cycles before it died. Gah. At least I've got something faster now.

        /toggle rant and blah blah
