Hello Michael, I recommend you to show alternative ads in a noscript tag for people do not have javascript enabled.
I myself use Tor, therefore having javascript/java/flash and similar technologies enabled would render Tor useless. You could add static ads to display to users who do not have javascript enabled, therefore increasing the overall ad exposure (thereby gaining overall more ad revenue).
