Yea, I know about that, but like the other feature pages it doesn't really give you an idea of around about how many more months till it's hammered out. It also doesn't help that last I checked there was only one guy doing this work.
OpenGL 3.3 requires GLSL 330, while GLSL 150 is for GL 3.2.
It probably means GL 3.3 support is not full, because people also expect full GLSL support.
GLSL 3.30 was just a minor spec update which didn't require any driver changes over 1.50, that's why I only mentioned the latter in the intro to the patch series. Though I can see now that might have been a little confusing.
