F2FS is (sadly) not included in Windows 7/8. Forget about adoption.

company only need to include the driver when you install their software...

often when you buy a web cam, usb key, memory card.... compagny give you some different software... so this driver could be installed at this time.

Good luck installing that on a locked corporate/university/internet caf? ( etc etc ) account.
