    Back on topic, if anyone has a capture card of some sort, I'd love to see some of the described features here. Otherwise, I suppose it wouldn't be too difficult to get some screenshots from the live disc. I'm especially interested in seeing if GNOME Shell is running on these, since I've seen no more than shots of it in the past. My own attempts at getting it running on an Ivy Bridge GPU have failed- the apps just don't display, but GNOME Shell does.

      Not sure if I did something wrong but in my case logging into the Gnome-shell session doesn't display any applications whatsoever. The shell is there and working but since I cant launch anything it's not of much use.

        Lots of apps under gnome-shell give me issues... I think the terminal one works though
