    None, Intel uses driconf like all other open drivers.

    Well, this is my fault. I used incorrect words and probably should not have said "control panel". These are GPU tools as opposed to general use drivers, but they still ought to have some sort of GUI. Or even, the GUI which hopefully will be put in place for general use among drivers will also be useful for tools such as these.

    They are register dumpers and writers, with some other tools like top. What kind of GUI would be useful for those?

    As long as it's not 80MB and .NET, because that would suck.
