I've got a project that I need completed - essentially running phoronix test suite against the major cloud providers and collecting the results in a database on a regular basis. Anyone interested please contact me ASAP. This will then extend to develop a solution that automates this process.

Have you tried Phoromatic and OpenBenchmarking.org? It should be able to handle most of what you want already. We do offer commercial and custom engineering services.
