    Q35 is part of the Intel 3-series platform, along with the Intel P35 Express chipset.
    It was used on Intel Core 2 platforms.

    In related news, SeaBIOS is getting support for USB 3.0 XHCI too, patched have been sent to the mailing list.

      At least having Q35 emulation support will be a good thing for qemu as it'll provide a modern platform for VM's
