    Does it have a way of modifying GPU BIOSes? Or, does it even have a way of testing GPU overclocks? Because those are pretty important IMO.

      Is it even possible to flash a GPU BIOS without having to reboot to apply changes?

        Yes, but considering how rarely people need to do this, I figure it'd be easier to just include it in a live CD.
