    Yes, that's true. But if you execute "ifconfig", the command line actually prints this:

    Absolute path to 'ifconfig' is '/sbin/ifconfig', so running it may require superuser privileges (eg. root).
    I had a problem with this.

    Serious Sam 3 ( a game) had problems recognizing my hardware on openSUSE.

    grep lspci ?

    The openSUSE froum was able to help though.

    Entering this on the commandlind solved the prolem.

    echo 'PATH="${PATH}:/sbin"' >> ${HOME}/.profile

      That is not even funny.

      While 'Linux Other' seems suspicious, it could easily constitute older versions of Android or Ubuntu and does not look reliable enough to disprove the argument.
      The default user agent string in Firefox in openSUSE is 'Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0'. I'm pretty sure there's no way for a website to know that I'm using openSUSE, so it's impossible to know how many use it.
