    For those living in a conservative, stable land,
    o/

    I should get to 9.0 from 8.0 around now.

    OK, seems using a single PP filter is broken with r600g in this release: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=61293

    Can anyone confirm? Run "pp_nored=1 glxgears", say if it still has red.

      If it is, it was fixed somewhere after the 9.0 release, because it's not broken in 9.2-devel. So it should be easy to bisect it and backport the fix.

        True, master works. Looks like this'll be nice and fast then.

          Found it, also that it's fixed in 9.1. Not trivial to backport, closed the bug.

            Does anyone know if it will get to the Ubuntu 12.10 repository anytime soon? Or should I get it elsewhere?

              What ever it do, it look the same as plain "glxgears", on Ubu 12.10, r600g Mesa 9.0

                @przemoli

                Thanks. When you get 9.1, please try again, as it was fixed for me in there.

                I probably won't update to 9.1 until .2 or .3 myself, I like stable like that.
