There isn't much about this board yet, but it looks as though that this new upstart Servergy is attempting to target the single board small factor market that many ARM boards such as the Cubieboard and Raspberry Pi are targeting, though most likely they'll cost more.
Interestingly, instead of using an ARM SoC like those other boards, they are using a POWER SoC instead which may offer a performance boost depending on what chipset they decide to use.
And while there has been no announcement at who will deliver this SoC, owing to their partnership with Freescale it will most likely be them.
