    Does this mean mesa next is will not yet be GLES 3.0 compatible?

      It should, despite being called 9.1. I guess the idea is that we bump the major version when Mesa gains support for a new version of regular/desktop OpenGL. So, Mesa 10 will support OpenGL 3.2.
