            Well, I think that it is justified to include in Fedora IN ORDER TO include it in RHEL. Also, Fedora may have a short "shelf life", but that doesn't mean that people don't use it for longer periods of time. It is also more likely to be used as a desktop development environment than RHEL. In software development, it is often very important to be able to test against multiple alternative sets of software.
