User "jokergermany.de.vu" is a valid URL address, which is actually a gateway hosted on free russian "de.vu" service.
The website at this address seems now to generate referals for him at amazon and has no content.
The user himself seems to be making valid human posts.
The big two questions are - is this a spam(1)? - and is such username allowed(2)?
One could make a user name "mygreatsite.bit.ly" and generate referals.
But bit.ly, is.gl, tinyurl.com are well known and most show the reroute URL.
The stuff that this guy does is, however, a referal gateway, and is considered by most portals to be illegal.
