They really mean "8 watts" But who's counting on the fact that they overshoot their stated power levels by 60%.

it's a broad statement to be interpreted as you can build a 5 watt server if you want, but here we've got more powerful chips to get real work done on.

Also, can we please have reference points outside of ARM? Performance versus x86 solutions would be nice, just for my brain to wrap around.
