      I got a little disillusioned by FreeBSD.
      1. I tried three different non-Intel SATA controllers (I+II some older some more recent), non of which are fully supported or work flawless
      2. ZFS is incompatible between versions and you are not asked to upgrade (e.g. 8.3 cannot read ZFS volumes which were ONCE opened by 9.1)
