Steam Greenlight allows *ANY* user to request *ANY* game (completed or not) to be put into steam and if it gets enough votes then it simply happens.

Er, Greenlight allows any GAME DEV to submit any game THAT THEY OWN THE COPYRIGHT ON. That's an important distinction.

I hope "Dead Cyborg" makes it onto Steam. I enjoyed the first episode that ran on the Blender Game Engine and was donation based.
