    Agreed. Linux users are patient, and I'd much rather wait and see a good game experience, than have a slow/buggy experience with only one game on launch.

    The work they are doing with Intel is great!

      I don't have much hope on unity, it's a bloody mess thanks to compiz.

      I'm testing Xubuntu 12.10 and it's much better OS for gaming.

        dose someone know a email address i could write to, concerning the possibillity to join the beta?
        since their blog is locked. i actually hope it dosent takes till february for the full release :/.

          Compiz 0.9.8.0 landed today (Ubuntu 12.10), fixing most performance issues.

                      Black Mesa Source will be released on September 14

                      Black Mesa is a re-envisioning video game of the classic science fiction first person shooter, Half-Life.

                      I really need a Source port for Linux.
