    IIRC, BF 2.8 included OpenCL rigid body support, and 3.0 will be the "we can haz OpenCL" release.

    Does the rigid body support (via 2.8 OpenCL) work within Blender, or just the BGE?

      @russofris

      As a start this new rigid body work doesn't use OpenCL, but the developer said he would update to Bullet 3.0 when it's ready, and start looking at using OpenCL.
