It's not exciting perhaps but it does work quite well for me (unlike earlier versions). Suspend/resume works now, the "Unsupported hardware" watermark that I briefly encountered with 12.6 is gone again and the performance problems with vblank seems to be fixed.
I've had two segfaults since updating (colord and compiz) but I'm not sure if that's related to fglrx.
