  • Creating a new test profile

I'm trying to create a new test profile.

I saw this forum thread: http://phoronix.com/forums/showthrea...ate-a-new-test

    So now I have a myTestProfile folder in .phoronix-test-suite/test-profiles/local/ that contains the downloads.xml, install.sh, results-definition.xml, and test-definition.xml.
When I try to install it using 'phoronix-test-suite install pts/myTestProfile' though, it says "ERROR: Invalid Argument: pts/myTestProfile".

How should I install this test profile so that I can then add it to a test suite (using build suite command)? When I 'build suite' now and 'add test', myTestProfile is not even showing up on the list.

I'm very new to Phoronix and any help is appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

does it work if myTestProfile is mytestprofile (all lower case test profiles should be).
