Hi, all. For those who are interested, the latest ATI driver release is now available in the official (but not officially supported) /main/backports repositories for Mandriva Linux 2008 and 2007 Spring. The hardware detection tables have also been updated to detect all the latest cards, including the 38xx cards. Full instructions on updating to this version of the driver are available on my blog. Thanks to Anssi Hannula for his work on packaging the driver.
