Found here when reading the news coming home from work
(German)
but the very publication here on Groklaw
Barnes and Noble finally was able to get the very patents public that MS was sueing Android suppliers about. Didn't read it all, but according to the news they're trivial. Well, we didn't expect much else, did we?
So maybe they can be rendered invalid and then MS will no more gain money from every Android installation. (They make more money with patent licenses than with their WP7)
