I like gnome3 actually. Its very nice and polished and simple. But there are so many small bugs and missing features as of now How do I change the mouse cursor?

      -find an X11 theme cursor
      - install in /usr/share/icons/$themename

if the theme has a cursor it should show up as an option in gnome-tweak tool as well

I haven't tried this but it should work.

BTW, what bugs have you encountered? Anything that doesn't have a bug report?
