first of all many thx to michael for the fine script.

when i started to install the driver i had have the same problems like explained in the forum, like libqt, controlpanel .... if these problem were solved an i installed all rpms, the kernel module wasn't load able. dmesg show the following errors

    fglrx: Unknown symbol firegl_cmmqs_get_pageaddr_from_vm
    fglrx: Unknown symbol firegl_cail_powerdown
    fglrx: Unknown symbol firegl_cail_powerup

    kernel: 2.6.18-1.2868.fc6
videocard: ATI Technologies Inc RV280 [Radeon 9200 SE] (rev 01)

has anyone else these problem? or has anyone a hint for me to solve it?

    thx

At approximately what time did you run the script at? (Since I made some changes last night). Let me know and then I'll throw on a different copy of the firegl_public code and see if that fixes your problem. ATI was planning on maintaining compatibility with the firegl_public code from 8.28.8 for at least a few more releases but it looks like they may be starting to derive from that path.
