      Doesn't look like it. The code for that is still in the g45-h264 branch of libva, which hasn't been merged into the master branch. Last change was more than a month ago, and the change before that -- another month ago. Doesn't look like it's being actively worked on.

          FWIW, as of this writing, it is still 2.15 in Ubuntu:

          Package: xserver-xorg-video-intel (2:2.15.0-3ubuntu2)
