tiobench results

I don't know that I'm confident with the Threaded IO benchmark results I'm seeing. I've run the read and write tests on several different systems with SSD and SAS drives. The tests done with 64MB reads and 32 threads are giving me some outrageous results ranging from 7000 MB/s to 14000MB/s. These drives are only spec'ed at most to deliver 250 MB/s, so what exactly am I looking at with these results?
