Ubuntu X1650 Is this a bug?

Im not sure if is it a bug, but sincerly i dont find anything wrong!.

Is it an ati problem?.

Problem: Black screen.
Chipset: GeForce 6100 m9 (With ONBOARD Nvidia card
Graphic Card: ATI Radeon X1650
