I tried that and it didn't work. HoN supports 64-bit and it was working before.

I don't play often but it was working a few months ago. Reverting to the Ubuntu mesa packages (64-bit) runs but it is broken. By broken I mean the textures blur towards the bottom and it uses up 100% CPU while running very slow (like 1 frame per minute). This was happening months ago as well with the default Ubuntu mesa in 11.04. The problem was not present using this PPA and the game ran fine.

HoN works on my HD5770, but I only get about 1fps or less. I've heard that some people have it running smoothly, but It never worked right for me. Most other games work great though.

Is this compatible with Intel SNA (obtained from this ppa) and/or kernel 3.1?

I don't enable sna on intel but I think that using the intel driver from that PPA + other things on my PPA should be OK.

Is safe to purge this ppa? ppa-purge tries to remove a lot of packages due to the downgrade of these ones.

    Can you list them?

I only wrote the above because the title says "Updated and Optimized". If you --enable-debug, at least remove the "optimized" part from the title.
I already replied to this, search in this thread.

Hi, i just updated to your ppa because i want to use software rendering with llvm.
I downgraded from xorg edgers and installed your packages on 11.10.

The system is still using the old software rasterizer. What am i doing wrong ?

    Thanks in advance
