Error message :Exception has been throw by the the target of an ivocation

hi guys,i am new here and need some help. I am curretly using ATI mobility raedeon X1400. Whenever i try to open some of the programme or try to watch video (eg:youtube or any video) , it give me the error stating "Exception has been throw by the the target of an invocation" Is there any solution for this problem? Thanks.

What operating system are you using? Most of those messages like that I seen thrown are from ASP.NET or .NET C#.

and please, use C locale while trying to reproduce the problem.

Sorry i am not good in computer stuff. When u say operating system u mean something like window xp or vista? mine is xp. and btw, wat is c locale ?
