where is 11.3 ?

Did I miss something?

11.2 hangs my 2600HD display several times a day forcing me to Ctrl-Alt-F1, Alt-F7
and then bring up the AMD config tool to get rid of the big red one on my screen.

I was hoping 11.3 would fix this bug, but shouldn't it be out by now?
