request: patch for catalyst (10.10+) to get 2.6.37-rc* working

I added the missing

to my script, fglrx starts up normally with .37rc3, but Unigine Heaven shows black artefacts, which are not there with .36/.32. Tested with tesselation normal/hd 5670. Did anybody else see that?
