    That did it, thanks.

game runs and looks really good
My system ubuntu 10.04, AMD x2 6000+, 6 GB ddr2 800mhz, AMD Radeon HD 5770 1GB, catalyst 10.8 - all settings maxed from game and AA4x and AA8x at 1280x1024 and it runs damn smooth

      gonna buy it also probably.

and bug report(new one would be better):

I can also say that Amnesia demo turned my world upside down.

I actually filed that bug (just so there's no confusion) . Quite interesting to note that the same problem can appear on a totally different implementation though.

Heh, that was so crazy I just had to try it out!

Just too bad that all the effects are the wrong way around now.

(Oh, and by the way, gnome-screenshot doesn't work with the screen rotated, my screencaps came out the right way!)

Dunno if they count as "mainstream" but RPS published a review now, and they really liked it: http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2010...-dark-descent/

Wow. Very nice, i was scared few times, even without sound enabled.

Works without any problem on debian stable with nvidia 9600, with nvidia drivers. Maximum settings, very nice graphics.

I'm buying this as soon as r600c (or r600g) can play it!

The Penumbra games were awesome, and H.P.Lovecraft rocks.

I bought it anyway, Linux games need to be supported, even though it doesn't work yet on my Radeon.

And I loved the Penumbra series (well, the first two anyway, the last one was a bit too puzzly instead of scary)
