      The pull request dates back to February, and the patches were pulled into the staging tree some days ago. Linus then pulled the staging tree before closing the merge window. Effectively everything is more than four weeks old already, the only news here is that the code will be part of Linux 2.6.34 now.

      Different topic: What's the cheapest DisplayLink-enabled USB-Adapter around? Those from Plugable seem quite expensive to me.
