Hi,
I am using a 2.6.31 kernel and upgraded to ati-drivers-10.1 today.
My primary display is connected to DVI and my lcd tv is connected to HDMI at my HD4850 graphic card.
I configured the new 10.1 driver as follows:
a) rm /etc/ati/amdpcsdb
b) aticonfig -f --initial=dual-head --screen-layout=left
c) aticonfig --overlay-on=1
Then I started a XSession with KDE Desktop Manager, which worked. But the primary output is at my hdmi connection. So I tried to switch the screens with the following command:
d) aticonfig --swap-screens=on
After that I started a new XSession. But the screens are not swapped. Also not with disabling randr12 (aticonfig --set-pcs-str=DDX,EnableRandR12,FALSE) or several reboots.
What can I do to swap the screens? (The last driver 9.10 has worked)
