I have power managment problem in Kubuntu 9.10 with this kernel.

When I use 2.6.32 kernel, few minutes after my system boots up, my power managment shows: "Battery: 0 % (fully charged). AC Adapter: Pluged in." I plug off AC Adapter, nothing happens. I plug it back in, nothing happens again.

I had this problem in Kubuntu 8.10 and 9.04. Then I have installed 2.6.30 kernel in 9.04 and problem dissapired. And with default Karmic kernel (2.6.31) power managment works. But I need 3D on my r600 ati radeon card, so I installed 2.6.32 kernel, and problem with power managmet came back.

    Please help.

My hardware: MSI EX610 laptop, AMD Athlon X2, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2400, 2Gb Ram, 160Gb HDD.
