        i think i solve my problem:
        i open a terminal console and write:

        gksudo synaptic

        it pop a window and i write fglrx in search box and see wich fglrx was if an "broken package" icon, i sellected it, right click on "remove complete" then "apply" and it fix.
        still dont have the watermark (but i solve it before on version 9.4) the grafics still fine and the broken package erro gone!! now i can install other things.

        i hope i did it right. could you verify if this fix well? or it just a way to miss the problem?

        thnks for helping

            you use ctrl+alt+f1, then login in text mode

            wget -N http://kanotix.com/files/install-fglrx-debian.sh
            sudo sh install-fglrx-debian.sh -z
            sudo reboot

                    Well for -z mode you can also do:

                    Code:
                    sudo -i
                    wget -N http://kanotix.com/files/install-fglrx-debian.sh
                    DISPLAY= sh install-fglrx-debian.sh -z
                    Then just reboot.
