So I have two unequal disks on my pc. One Seagate 500GB and a Hitachi 250GB. Is there any problem in doing this on two unequal disks?
So I'm thinking has anyone benchmarked no md-raid, raid 1 and raid 10 on 2 SATA disks?
Then should i create a raid volume, then make an lvm on top of that? Or the other way around?
Then there is the last one, should i go XFS,JFS or EXT4. I'm tempted into XFS, i'm usually JFS and well ext4... I'm not yet convinced.
