  • Hello,

I'm new here and I just came across this topic so thought I would give a list of the games I would like to see native on Linux unfortunately most of these games were purchased through Steam but hopefully Steam will be on Linux soon.

    UT2K4
UT3 (I know, probably will never happen)
    Sid Meier Railroads
World of Warcraft (I know, Blizzard apparently already has a Linux version but refuses to release it.)
Return to Castle Wolfenstien (Purchased from store.)

And where may I ask can I find this native UT2K4 client and will the CD-Key I got when I purchased through Steam work with it?

        • UT2k4 and RTCW both have linux clients already.

          UT3 definitely won't be.

          WoW.... prolly not.

Dunno about any sid games. I did love pirates.

I don't know whether the CD key will work, but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't.

Indeed it is. However, it's ARM thus it doesn't work on x86.

                    • Has the thief series been mentioned? Didn't see anything about thief or Eidos on the front page. Of course, it was published by EA and I don't know what there stance on linux has been.

Of course, with the source of 1 and 2 recently being found and uploaded, I suppose those might be fan done. But Thief 3 would be really nice. And maybe even 4?
